These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our printed-to-order T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full before production begins.
Ourt acceptable payment methods are shown on our checkout page.
Custom Printing and Design
All items are printed to order based on your selected design from our collection.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are approximate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other factors outside our control.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the print-to-order, bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty, not fit for purpose, damaged upon arrival, or not as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
If the product arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Faulty Items
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Faults do not include damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.
Cancellation
Once an order has been processed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
Prior to production, you may cancel your order by contacting us at sales@catituderescue.com.
Intellectual Property
All designs and intellectual property displayed on our website are owned by Catitude Trading Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or use our designs without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
