Insurance is not included in the price quoted. However, should you wish to insure through us, please check with our travel advisers for additional supplement information.
In most cases ferry crossing will be between Dover – Calais by P&O Ferries a voyage of 90 minutes. Eurotunnel can be used in preference to ferry crossings on trips if you prefer, but may incur a supplement depending on your date and time of travel.
All transport requirements including channel crossings will be supplied by S.E.T. Transport Ltd. S.E.T. Transport will use a variety of coach operators and the relevant carrier will be disclosed on your documentation. S.E.T. Transport reserves the right to substitute the carrier if necessary. When we have confirmed your booking, a contract exists under which we accept responsibility for the provision of all services described in our invoice.
Total financial security, both legal and an essential requirement for all party leaders, is guaranteed with the Department of Trade and Industry approved International Passenger Protection Scheme for all European destinations.

On slope supervision is a combination of structured lessons from local ski school complimented by guiding on the move from our qualified guides, who will also be with you for the whole week and will assist and join in with the Après Ski programme
Prices are based on hotel accommodation on a full board basis; bed, breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal. Many of our hotels used offer sole occupancy.
